Terms and Conditions

1. I understand that one free trial class is available per student for Weekly Group Classes only and that by enrolling I am waiving my right to a free trial class.
2. I understand that places are limited and that in the event the class or workshop is over–subscribed my deposit will be returned to me. 
3. Stage Left (hereafter referred to as SL) reserves the right to exclude students whose behaviour is disruptive. 
4. Stage Left accepts no liability or responsibility for any injury sustained by the student that arises from participation in any activity connected with Stage Left.
5. I authorise the staff to consent, where it is impracticable to communicate with me, to whatever medical or surgical treatment as may be deemed necessary and to arrange medical transportation at the student’s expense.
6. NUT FREE POLICY – Students are asked not to bring any food containing nut products to classes and performances. This does not mean that nuts, products containing nuts or traces of nuts will not be present at venues. Parents are requested to inform Stage Left in writing of any allergies their child may have.
7. I authorise Stage Left to use photographs/video taken during classes/performances for promotional purposes only. Any such footage is the property of Stage Left.
8. I understand that teachers are chosen at the discretion of Stage Left and may change as required.
9. If students cancel prior to the commencement of term or workshop then the deposit is forfeited. When cancellation is received prior to the commencement of the term or workshop SL reserves the right to try & fill this spot with a new student at their discretion. If the place is filled with a new student prior to the commencement of term or workshop SL will refund the balance of the deposit minus a non-refundable $50 administration fee. The administration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
10. Balance is due no later than first day of term or workshop. No refunds of deposit or balance are available once the term or workshop has commenced. 
11. Refunds, credit and make-up classes are not available if a student misses a class for any reason.
12. I understand that STAGE LEFT reserves the right to cancel classes or workshops that do not meet the enrolment quota. In this case a full refund will be given.
13. Stage Left reserves the right to change the structure or operations of business according to restrictions or situations beyond their control. There will be no refunds possible under these circumstances. Such changes may include, but are not limited to, moving venues, changing to online classes, substituting the style of class or rescheduling classes.
14. All students at Stage Left are grouped purely on a date of birth basis. Age ranges and groups can be altered at different venues at the discretion of Stage Left. All moves between groups are at the discretion of Stage Left. This means students who are in the same year level at school may not always be in the same group at Stage Left and students may be moved from the group they enrolled in.
15.  The Show Fee for Weekly Group Classes is payable per student once a year and is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
16. By enrolling &/or attending I agree to abide by these Stage Left Terms and Conditions. Our terms and conditions apply in all circumstances. Enrolment &/or attendance at Stage Left constitutes acceptance of the above terms & conditions.
